Terms of Service

Dr. Growth OS is white-label membership and education software. A business uses it to publish written lessons, build a sequenced program, invite its own members, and take payment for membership under the business's own brand.

The service is not an electronic medical record, not a telemedicine service, not a diagnostic tool, and not a clinical decision support system. It is not intended to be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it must not be relied on for any clinical purpose.

A business account has owners and staff. Owners can invite other users, change branding and commercial settings, and see payment and ledger data. Staff can work on content, members and questions, but cannot see payment data or change payment settings.

The business is responsible for who it invites, for what those people do in the account, and for removing access when someone leaves. Account credentials must not be shared.

The business is solely responsible for:

3.1 The accuracy, appropriateness and safety of every lesson, program step, message and file it publishes, and the professional judgement behind that content, including clinical judgement where the content touches health.

3.2 Its own regulatory, licensing, advertising and professional obligations in every place it operates.

3.3 Obtaining any consent it needs from its own members before adding them to the platform or sending them email through it.

3.4 The relationship with its members, including anything a member asks it directly.

Drafting assistance produces a structural draft only. Every draft is unreviewed machine output. A qualified person at the business must read, correct and approve a draft before it is published to anyone, and a licensed clinician must do so wherever the content touches health.

The member assistant answers only from that business's own published, indexed lessons. If no published lesson covers a question, it says so rather than answering. If a question is clinical, it declines and tells the member to contact the business.

Neither feature provides medical advice. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, and the business remains accountable for everything published under its name.

The business and its users must not:

5.1 Upload or enter protected health information into the platform.

5.2 Upload files, images or video that identify an individual member or contain their clinical information.

5.3 Use the platform for diagnosis, treatment, triage or any other clinical purpose.

5.4 Use the platform to send unsolicited email, or to publish content the business does not have the right to publish.

Member payments run through the business's own connected payment account. The business is the merchant of record. Funds settle directly to the business, not to the platform.

The platform takes an agreed application fee on each membership transaction, and charges the business a separate setup fee and monthly platform fee for use of the software.

The business handles its own refunds, chargebacks and disputes with its members, and is responsible for its own tax obligations.

Either party may end the arrangement. Unpaid platform fees for the period already used remain due.

Before or on termination the business can export its member list and its payment history. The business should complete any export it wants before access ends.
